WHY WE ARE GOING TO CUBA
The church in Cuba is in a very challenging place right now. The Cuban people have been deeply impacted by the increased oppression since the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world stage. The economic conditions have resulted in more than 250,000 Cubans fleeing the nation in 2022 alone, including nearly 15,000 pastors. This mass migration has left a huge void in the church.
Our mission is to train and equip the next generation of leaders to empower them to strengthen the church so that they may effectively partner with God as He builds His victorious church in Cuba. We are partnering with Josue Santiago a Cuban-American Apostolic revivalist who serves 100+ churches in Cuba. His ministry, Kingdom In Action, has been leading campaigns in Cuba for nearly 20 years.
This mission will benefit more than 150 pastors and leaders throughout the nation of Cuba impacting more than 20 denominations in each province. This particular trip is one campaign building on a series of many others that have gone before us, throughout the year as we collectively work toward the goal of equipping 1500 pastors and leaders throughout the nation to impact 5,000 Cubans through various evangelistic efforts.
We know that this campaign is of great importance to the Cuban church and will have high impact with powerful impartation and activation for all who join us. Our Firehouse Collective team will host training sessions with fasting and prayer encounters in the weeks and months leading up to the trip, including a live week long intensive for all team members in Central Ohio.
Thank you for your prayerful support toward this worthy cause that is burning in the heart of God. The effectual influence of God's Kingdom in this region of the world has great implications in the livelihood of the rest of North and South America. We are grateful for the opportunity God has given us to play a role in the great plan of revival He has for Cuba.
THE IMPACT OF ON-GOING EFFORTS
This particular trip is one campaign building on a series of many others that have gone before us throughout the year as we pursue the goal of equipping 1500 pastors and leaders throughout the nation to impact 5,000 Cubans through various evangelistic efforts. Our focus includes the following:
- Raise Up leaders with an understanding of how to walk in Kingdom family with authority and power
- Equip the next generation to win souls through power evangelism learning to walk in the power of the Spirit to demonstrate the Kingdom of God.
- Add Value to existing efforts of the various pastors and church leaders throughout the provinces
- Establish revival centers for on-going leadership and ministry development to build community and provide impartation and apostolic guidance.
- Encourage and train the Ekklesia how to access Heaven's strategies to increase Kingdom influence in every facet of society through honor, love, and service.

Financial support will assist with airfare and travel for the team, and supplies and equipment for outreaches. The effectual influence of God's Kingdom in this region of the world has great implications for advancing of the gospel beyond the Caribbean throughout North and South America.
